Where are Rive Droite products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Casablanca in Morocco, by talented couturier entrepreneurs.
So, we can tell you exactly who put together your weekend bag, who stitched your denim jacket... and that’s of the utmost importance to us!
What fabrics do you use?
Our thing is recycling fabric. We only use fabric that already exists on the market. We buy high-quality denim offcuts from premium factories, or surplus materials from fabric bales, in Morocco and give them a new lease of life. We use denim in our bags and accessories. Surplus fabric bales are used to make linings. Without us, this fabric would have been destroyed...
We also work with recycled cotton.
How do you get your colors?
We use conventional textile dyes so we can be sure we’re getting stable colors that don’t fade. One of our aims is to be able to use non-polluting vegetable dyes, but the attempts we’ve made so far have been inconclusive. But, you can rest assured, we’re (fairly) stubborn, so this isn’t the end! We’re on it!
Are patterns and coloring suitable for washing?
Yeah, of course. .
Our prints are silkscreened. It’s a printing technique that guarantees patterns will last.
We chose special textile dyes so they won’t fade.

No worries, I’m sure you have tons! You’re bound to forget every once in a while.
You can request a new password by clicking “Forgot password” on the log-in page. You will receive an email asking you to validate your request for a password reset, then you will receive a new password for your log-in. You can also change it directly in the My Account > My personal information section. Easy as pie.
Order not received
All orders from our website are shipped within 48 hours. Then, we have to take into account courier timings depending on the delivery address. If after 5 days, you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at email@example.com , stating your name and order reference so we can take a look at what’s going on.
In which countries is shipping insured?
We delivery (almost) everywhere in the world: France, of course, but also Europe, Asia, North and South America, overseas French territories, Oceania! If you live in a very remote area, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping is insured by Colissimo and Mondial Relay for France, and Colissimo overseas.
In mainland France (excluding Corsica), you can select express delivery from Chronopost.
You can track your package in your client area, in the order history section. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, its status will automatically be updated. We will send you a quick email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse, so you can keep a close eye on it.
In France, shipment is charged at a rate of €3.50 for delivery with Mondial Relay. Standard shipment via Colissimo is charged at a rate of €6 and express 24-hr delivery costs €15.
Overseas, charges vary depending on the delivery zone:
All orders from our website placed from Monday to Friday are shipped within 48 hours. Then, shipment times vary depending on the courier type and the destination.
For delivery in France, Colissimo provides estimated delivery times of 48 to 72 hours. For Mondial Relay, this is 3 to 4 working days. If you choose express delivery via Chronopost, shipment time is 24 hours if you place the order before midnight on our website.
For overseas deliveries, Colissimo International guarantees us delivery within 3 to 7 working days for Europe, and 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world. These times are estimates provided by our couriers. Unfortunately, if these times vary, we cannot be held responsible.
What happens if I’m out when my delivery arrives?
If you are out, we leave an attempted delivery note with the address where your package will be stored. It will remain there for 15 calendar days as from the day after the attempted delivery note was left for you. Once this period has elapsed, the package will be returned to us. If the reason for exceeding this time frame is attributable (the delivery address you provided us with was incorrect, you did not go and collect the package within the 15 days provided), you will be liable for charges for reshipping the package.
Returns and refunds
You can request a refund if an item is unsuitable or has any defects. You have 14 days following delivery of the item to do so. If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of returning the item (only in France). If you have changed your mind, you will have to cover the cost.
You will have to cover the cost of returning items from abroad. Your country may apply customs duties for importing your order. In this case, Colissimo International will contact you in order to acquire these duties. We will reimburse the price of items, excluding customs duties and any other fees incurred, when importing your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. They must not have been worn, used or washed and must be in perfect condition. If this is the case, you will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the package, to the card you used to make payment.
To carry out any returns, you must make a request via your account order history at www.rivedroite-paris.com. Select the order you wish to return and let us guide you through it. You must only send us your package once your return request has been accepted.

Our prices include tax for all orders shipped to countries in the European Union. Outside the European Union, the prices shown are excluding tax. NB: these orders may be subject to tax and customs duties in their country of destination. The client or recipient is liable for these costs and any related formalities. They must be paid to the courier on delivery.

Security and confidentiality
Is the Rive Droite Paris site secure?
Yeah, of course. With our banking partner CIC, we have installed an online payment solution called Monetico that meets all international standards in place to guarantee security for online transactions. We have also installed the 3DSecure standard to strengthen the payment authentication process.
Your bank details are entered on a secure page hosted by the bank, they do not go through our website. These data are encrypted, they cannot be detected or used by third parties and they are not stored. So, is that secure enough for you?
And what about data confidentiality? How does that work?
Ok, let’s be extra safe! You can browse this website without providing us with your details. If you have an account, we only use the data necessary to process your order. And cross our hearts, we don’t share your details unless you give us permission to do so.
