Rivedroite bags & accessories
We have installed our production model in Casablanca, to be as much as possible of the recycled and upcycled materials that we source locally. We ensure their quality, we sort and cut them within our manufacturing platform, in order to optimize each panel and reduce losses. Our workshop manager coordinates production in close collaboration with our "Dudes", we choose the best partners in Casablanca for dyeing, washing, embroidery.
Our bags & accessories are made by our "Dudes", a slightly stupid pun resulting from the contraction of Durable and Desirable: they are experienced designers who were in a precarious professional situation, whom we help to create their own company. We micro-finance the installation of their workshop, the purchase of sewing machines, we relieve them of the administrative paperwork so that they can concentrate on their know-how: tailoring.
Our bags and accessories are made in Casablanca, as close as possible to the areas where our recycled and upcycled materials are purchased and processed: recycled cotton, industrial scraps of denim, velvet, nylon, and end of fabric stocks from the textile industry.
We favor the upcycling of existing materials and the recycling of plastic-free natural materials such as cotton in order to reduce our environmental impact.
We imagine deliberately simple models, from one or two materials maximum, in order to facilitate the end of life of the products.
Our dyes are certified Standard 100 Oeko Tex, an international label which guarantees on the one hand the absence of harmful substances in our bags and accessories, and on the other hand the stability of the colors and their resistance to washing.
The upcycled denim is stonewashed by our partners in Casablanca, Morocco, who work without any toxic agent and operate in closed circuits: the water used for washing is filtered, then put back into the circuit to avoid over-consumption of 'water.

The deliveries
We deliver (almost) everywhere in the world: France of course, but also Europe, Asia, Latin America, French overseas departments and territories and Oceania.
Delivery is assured by Mondial Relay and Colissimo for France and Colissimo for International.
For metropolitan France (excluding Corsica), you can also choose express delivery with Chronopost.

You can track your package in your customer area if you have created an account – My orders section. Once your package has been delivered to the carrier, its status will automatically update.
In any case, we send you a short e-mail as soon as the package leaves the warehouse of our logistician (or showroom for embroidery) so that you can follow it closely thanks to the tracking number slipped into the e-mail.
For France (excluding DOM-TOM), shipping rates are as follows:
- €4 for delivery to a pickup point via Mondial Relay
- €6 for standard Colissimo shipping
- €15 for express delivery within 24-48 hours, depending on warehouse processing time
Shipping is free within France on orders over €50. For DOM-TOM, additional customs fees may apply.
For international orders, shipping rates vary by region:
- Europe: €10 (EU countries). Free shipping on orders over €150.
- International: €25. Free shipping on orders over €200.
For each order placed on our site from Monday to Friday, your package is prepared within 48 working hours by our logistician. Orders are prepared only from Monday to Friday.
Then, after shipment, delivery times vary depending on the type of carrier chosen, and the destination.
For delivery in France, Colissimo indicates delivery times between 48 and 72 hours. If you choose to be delivered by express with Chronopost, the deadline is 24 to 48 hours, in mainland France only (pay attention to the time of placing the order).
For delivery abroad, Colissimo International announces a delivery between 3 and 7 working days for Europe, between 5 and 10 working days for the rest of the world. For foreign countries, outside the EU, customs fees may be applied. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes for orders to European Union countries. Outside the European Union, prices are indicated without tax. Please note: these orders are subject to possible taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient. They must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Mondial Relay indicates a delivery in approximately 3 working days in France and 3 to 6 working days in Europe, depending on the destination.
These times are given as an indication by the carriers.
Unfortunately, if these times vary, we cannot be held responsible.
When you're in Paris, come visit us at one of our boutiques! We’d be delighted to welcome you at 10 Rue Richelieu, 75001, open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
You can also find us at 95 Rue Vieille du Temple, 75003, open Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
In the event of your absence, Colissimo will leave a delivery notice indicating where your package will be deposited. It will remain there for a period of 15 calendar days, starting from the day after the notice is left. After this period, the package will be returned to us. If the delay is due to your actions (for example, if the delivery address you provided was incorrect or if you did not pick up the package within the 15 days), the reshipping fees will be at your expense.
Mondial Relay will automatically return the package to the sender after 8 days. If the delay is due to your actions (for example, if the delivery address you provided was incorrect or if you did not pick up the package within the specified time), the reshipping fees will be at your expense.
Your package may have been entrusted to your building superintendent, or to one of your neighbours. Pass a head to ask them, and say hello at the same time. Sometimes it also happens that the tracking indicates the package delivered a little early.

The orders
Once your order is confirmed, unfortunately, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you can call us within half an hour of placing your order at 07 56 86 11 79 to see if our Customer Care team can assist you. You can still request a return once you receive your package.
If you contact us within half an hour of placing your order, we can try to cancel it if it has not already been passed on to our logistics provider. If the half hour has passed and your order can no longer be changed, you can always request a return, upon receipt of the package.
If you receive your order and an item is missing or the package is damaged (which is very rare), please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@rivedroite-paris.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly. To assist us in this process, we encourage you to attach some photos of the damaged package, as this will facilitate our claims with the carriers.
If you receive an incorrect product, please also write to us at hello@rivedroite-paris.com, providing the following information:
- A photo of the received product
- A photo of the label on the cotton pouch (the small tag with the product name attached)
- A photo of the delivery slip showing the product you ordered
We are committed to processing your request as quickly as possible and will send you the correct item, along with a return label for the incorrectly received product.
It's normal, you have a lot! We get lost in it.
If you have created an account, you can request a new password again by clicking on Forgot password under the login form. You will receive an email asking you to validate your password reset request, then you will receive a new password to connect. You can also modify it directly in the My account > my personal information section. Easy
Returns and refunds
You can return an item or request a refund if it doesn’t suit you, provided it was purchased from an authorized retailer. For more details, please check our list of retailers on our website.
If You've Changed Your Mind
You have 14 days after the item is delivered to request a refund.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging (pouch and tag), with the delivery slip (the sheet containing your order number) placed inside the package. Items should not have been worn, used, or washed, and must be in perfect condition.
A flat fee of €6 will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the package, directly to the card used for payment (excluding the €6 flat fee, which corresponds to the shipping costs for the return label).
You will receive a prepaid return label by email to send the package back to us.
To return an item, simply click on the "Return an Item" link located at the bottom of the Rive Droite email you received upon the arrival of your order (entitled: "Your Order Has Arrived"). You can also scan the QR code on your delivery slip.
Once this step is completed, you will receive a prepaid return label by email to send your package back to our logistics provider.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to visit our Paris showroom, where you can exchange or refund your item within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging. Don’t forget to bring your order number to help facilitate the processing of your request.

Personalized items, including those with embroidery, cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.
For returns, a flat fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund. This amount covers the shipping costs associated with processing your return. We will send you a prepaid return label by email to facilitate the process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
At Rivedroite, we design our bags and accessories to accompany you throughout your life. Unfortunately, there may be instances where your bag or accessory has a defect upon receipt or after a few months of use.
If your product encounters a quality issue within one year of purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at hello@rivedroite-paris.com. In your email, please include your order number or proof of purchase, the date of the order, photos of the issue, and your delivery address. You can also reach us by phone at 07 56 86 11 79.
- If your purchase is less than 1 year old: We will analyze the defect, and if it is a quality issue, we will exchange it for a new product. We will then repair the returned product to give it a second life.
- If your purchase is over 1 year old: If you experience a problem with a zipper or stroller attachment, we can send you a replacement for a flat fee of €5, which you can use to have it repaired by a tailor.

As we are committed to ensuring that our bags and accessories are lifelong partners and to preventing landfill waste, textile incineration, and overconsumption, we will soon offer a repair service. Stay tuned!
Payment
You can pay for your purchases using various payment methods, including: credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact, Lydia, and Rivedroite gift cards (please note that resale, exchange, and refunds for gift cards are not accepted. For more information, please visit our dedicated gift card page).
Additionally, we offer the Alma service, allowing you to pay for your purchases in 2 or 3 installments, interest-free, for amounts starting at €100.
Please note that we do not accept payments by check or bank transfer.
Sometimes, if the 1st attempt fails, you just have to try again either with the same credit card, or with another available payment method such as Paypal for example, to unblock the situation.
Otherwise, you may need to check the validity date of your card.
If it's a new card, it must be activated beforehand by making a cash withdrawal or a payment at a merchant.
Otherwise, feel free to try connecting to the website with another search engine (Google Chrome) or to pay via Lydia.

We would like to inform you that our prices are inclusive of all taxes for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. However, for destinations outside the European Union, the displayed prices are exclusive of tax.
It is important to note that these orders may be subject to taxes and customs fees specific to the destination country. These costs, along with any associated formalities, will be the responsibility of the customer or recipient and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
