Delivery

We deliver all over the world (almost): France, of course, as well as Europe, Asia, the Americas, the French overseas departments, and Oceania.
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay and Colissimo in France, and Colissimo International for other destinations.
In mainland France (not including Corsica), you can also choose express delivery via Chronopost.

If you've created an account, you can log in and track your package under “My Orders.” Once your package has been received by the delivery service, its status will update automatically.
We'll also send you an email as soon as the package leaves our showroom. Then you can follow its progress using the tracking number included in the email.

In France, the shipping fees are:
- €3.50 for delivery to a pick-up location via Mondial Relay
- €6 for standard Colissimo shipping
- €15 for express next-day delivery
Shipping is free within France when you spend €49 or more.

International shipping fees vary depending on your delivery zone:
- Europe: €10 (within the European Union)
o Shipping is free when you spend €129 or more.
- International: €25
o Shipping is free when you spend €150 or more.

All orders placed on our website Monday through Friday before 11:30 a.m. are prepared same-day.
The package is then shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery time depends on the type of shipping you choose and the destination.

For delivery within France, Colissimo provides delivery within 48 to 72 hours. If you choose Chronopost express delivery, your package should arrive within 24 hours if you place your order before 11:30 a.m. on our website (mainland France only).

For international destinations, Colissimo International guarantees delivery within 3 to 7 working days for Europe, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. These delivery times have been provided to us as a reference by the shipping companies. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

If you live in Paris and would like to receive your purchase same-day, you have two options:

- Click and collect: Come to our showroom at 269 rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine, 75011 Paris, and pick up your order free of charge. We are open Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Delivery by bicycle within Paris city limits: Our expert bicycle couriers can deliver your package between 2 pm and 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. Once you've placed your order, our team will contact you to arrange delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over €49, otherwise it's €5..

If no one is there, Colissimo will leave you a delivery attempt notice with the address where you can pick up your package. Your package will be available at that address for a period of 15 calendar days, starting the day after your delivery attempt notice was left. After that, the package will be returned to us. If you were responsible for the delivery problems (the delivery address you provided was incorrect, or you did not pick your package up within 15 days), you will be charged for the re-shipping fees.

It could be that your package was given to your building superintendent, or one of your neighbors. Drop by and ask them. It's an opportunity to say hello! Sometimes, the tracking system may show that the package has been delivered a little bit early.
If you still haven't found your package after 24 hours, email us at hello@rivedroite-paris.com or call 01 45 31 74 50. We'll find a solution.

Orders

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it can no longer be changed. However, if you give us a call immediately at 01 45 31 74 50, our amazing Customer Care team may be able to help you.

If you call us quickly, we'll be happy to cancel your order, as long as our team hasn't prepared it yet.

If, when you receive your order, an item is missing or the package is damaged (which hardly ever happens), email us at hello@rivedroite-paris.com and we'll do our best to find a solution quickly. If you can, please attach a few pictures of your damaged package to help us file a claim with the shipping company.

That's okay, you have a lot of them! It gets confusing.
If you have created an account, you can request a new password by clicking Forgot Password under the login form. You will receive an email asking you to validate your password reset request, then you will receive a new password to log in. You can also change it directly in the My Account > My Personal Information section. Easy peasy.

Returns and Refunds

You can request a refund if an item is defective, or just isn't what you were looking for. You must do so within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item is defective, we will pay the return shipping fees. If you've changed your mind, they will be charged to you.

If you are outside of France, there may be customs fees associated with the importation of your package. If this is the case, Colissimo International will contact you regarding payment of these charges. We reimburse the price of the items, excluding any customs fees or other charges connected to the importation of your package.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or washed, and must be in perfect condition. If these conditions are respected, your reimbursement for the items (excluding shipping fees, which are not reimbursed) will be credited to the card used for your original payment, within 8 days of our receipt of the package.

Unfortunately, embroidered products cannot be reimbursed or returned, unless, of course, we made a mistake.

Returns must be sent to the following address: RIVE DROITE PARIS 269 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine 75011 PARIS, FRANCE

Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged unless you're simply requesting a different color of the same item at the same price. If not, you'll need to return the item, and place a separate order for the item you want.

Payment

You can pay for your order via debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact or Giropay. We do not accept checks or bank transfers.

Sometimes, if your first attempt fails, all you have to do is try it again with the same card, or with another available payment method like PayPal.
If that doesn't work, check the expiration date on your card.
If it's a new card, make sure you've activated it first by withdrawing cash or making a payment in a local store.

If the problem continues, you can always email us at hello@rivedroite-paris.com or call us at 01 45 31 74 50.

Our prices include all applicable taxes for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. Outside the European Union, our prices do not include tax. Please note that international orders may be subject to tax and customs fees in their destination country. These costs, and any accompanying paperwork, are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient. They must be settled with the shipper upon delivery.

Rive Droite Bags & Accessories

We set up shop in Casablanca to be as near as possible to the recycled and upcycled materials that we source in the area. We verify the quality, sort and cut them within our manufacturing facility, to make the most of every piece and minimize waste. Our workshop manager works closely with our “Dudes” to coordinate production. We choose the best partners in Casablanca for dyeing, washing and embroidery.

Our bags & accessories are designed and created by our "Dudes," a silly pun based on the words Durable and Desirable. They are experienced designers once facing job insecurity who have now, with our help, started their own businesses. We micro-finance the setup of their workshops and the purchase of sewing machines. We also take care of the administrative paperwork so that they can concentrate on their expertise: designing and creating.

Our bags and accessories are made in Casablanca, as close as possible to where we purchase and process our recycled and upcycled materials: recycled cotton, post-industrial denim, velvet and nylon scraps and overstock fabric from the textile industry. We strive to upcycle existing materials and recycle natural, plastic-free materials like cotton to reduce our environmental impact. We purposefully design simple models, made from one or two materials at most, to make the end of the product life cycle easier.

Our dyes are certified Standard 100 by Oeko Tex, an international label that guarantees the dye is free from harmful substances, and that the colors hold up well to washing and won't run.

Our upcycled denim is stone-washed by our partners in Casablanca, Morocco, with no toxic agents, in a closed loop to reduce water use. The water used for washing is filtered, then reused to lower water consumption.

It depends on which model you choose.
Our recycled cotton and upcycled denim bags and accessories can be machine washed. Just make sure you wash them separately in cold water (better for the planet) on delicate cycle. For stubborn stains, try rubbing with a little household soap.
For Darcy, the Anti-Diaper Bag, make sure you remove the handles and stroller ties first.
Our other upcycled materials, like velvet and nylon, aren't machine washable.
For the nylon, just wipe the fabric with a damp cloth to gently clean.
Please don't machine dry any of our products; line drying is better for the planet.
